Phase 1
Discover
After you have contacted me via the contact form at the bottom of this page, I will invite you for a creation session with me. By asking questions about your wishes, your style and your lifestyle, I will discover which type of jewelry and which gemstones suit you best and I will give personal advice.
Based on this analysis I will make a proposal for a design. If you have inherited pieces that you would like to incorporate, I can take this into account and incorporate these jewelry in a way that you feel comfortable with.
The jewelry I make to order is in the same style as my own collections. This process is usually done in person in my studio, but if you prefer an online experience, that is also possible!
Phase 2
To create
The creation process takes approximately 6 weeks from the moment of approval of the quote. All jewelry is made by me in-house. I carefully manufacture the different parts and assemble the jewelry until it is exactly to your satisfaction.
I document parts of the process and keep you informed of the progress of your piece. Finally, I sign the item. This is to ensure authenticity and value.
Phase 3
Transfer
When your piece is finished, it will be packaged in our signature powder pink box with a bow. You will receive a certificate with details of the piece, such as the type of gemstones, dimensions, weight, date of purchase, etc.
I will pack this in a beautiful bag with a specially designed postcard with a personal message from me. The service doesn’t end there; with your purchase you will receive a free annual check-up and polishing service and you are also welcome for repairs and adjustments. Our pieces and services will last a lifetime, so you never have to wonder who to turn to!
